Russia and China join for live-fire maritime practices in waters close to Japan

China and Russia will start a weeklong joint live-fire maritime practice in the East China Ocean on Wednesday, the Russian Safeguard Service said in a proclamation, as the two accomplices move forward participation in an undeniably tense western Pacific.
